Terms & Conditions of Purchase

1. Agreement to these terms

By purchasing a subscription or school plan from MusicReady (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Purchase. If you do not agree, please do not complete a purchase. These terms apply alongside our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Plans and pricing

We offer the following paid plans, each providing access to the features described on our pricing page at the time of purchase:

• Lite — a recurring monthly or annual subscription.
• Pro (Individual) — a recurring monthly or annual subscription.
• School (Annual) — a single annual subscription covering all staff at one school.

All prices are shown in your selected currency (AUD, GBP, or USD) and include applicable taxes where required. We may change our pricing at any time, but any change will not affect a subscription you have already paid for until the end of your current billing period.

3. Minimum commitment period

Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly and carry a minimum commitment of one (1) billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month — you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of that month.

Annual subscriptions are billed for a full twelve (12) months in advance and carry a minimum commitment of one (1) billing cycle (twelve months). Annual plans are non-refundable except where required by law. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time so that your subscription ends after the paid year.

School (Annual) plans cover a single school site for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges only and does not refund the current period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

Subscriptions and one-off purchases are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of the charge and we will review your request. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or the laws of your country of residence.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By completing a purchase you authorise us to charge the selected payment method for the applicable amount, including any automatic renewal charges, until you cancel.

7. Access and eligibility

Paid access is granted to the account that made the purchase and is non-transferable. School plans are limited to staff at the single school site named at purchase. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, unauthorised sharing of account credentials, or breach of these terms, without refund.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where practicable, and the updated terms will apply to purchases made on or after the effective date.
